Any cricket fans on here?
Those of you that have been following the Shield games will have surely noticed that it hasn't been smooth sailing for some of our batsmen.

1. Warner: 85, 32, 5, 5, 26. (Medium)
2. Renshaw: 17, 16, 1, 19, 16. (Very Poor)
3. Khawaja: 40, 122, 27, 28*, 78* (Excellent)
4. Steve Smith: 3, 9, 76, 127, 44 (Very Good)
5. Handscomb: 9, 34, 43, 58, 0 (Medium)

6. And then there's the issue of number 6! The selectors are obsessed with all-rounders filling this role (which I disagree with), so it looks like Cartwright or Maxwell may get the nod here.

7. Peter Nevill has made scores of 20, 32 and 11*, and therefore not exactly "in-form". In contrast Cam Bancroft has made scores of 76*, 86 (against Hazlewood, Starc and Lyon) and 161*. Surely Bancroft deserves to make his debut.
