I've used and recommended ABB to many people over the last few years and have never been disappointed with their customer service and product performance. Once upon a time many years ago I felt the same about iinet until swallowed by TPG.
This IPO has me a little worried.
It's a tough enough market that they have earned their reputation and success.
So as a consumer I am concerned that service levels will drop with cutting costs and chasing profit the main directive. As a possible investor I don't see much blue sky and money to be made.
