Margins for NBN are significantly lower than back int he ADSL days, so its a very different game, eg. Amaysim gave up on NBN and Telstra say there is no margin in it. The one thing going for ABB is they re the only premium provider, they have the reputation, its a question of if they can maintain their brand value and their growth targets. I think its probably well priced, Shaw and Partners who underwrote it are pretty good with Telco stuff.
