Agree they have points of difference but a bad connection is going to be a bad connection no matter which RSP you are with - and the only person that can fix it is NBN.
yes Aussie can assist with local support that are less driven by endless scripts, and possibly push the NBN better to get a resolution, but it can still be a painful process.
CVC congestion has rarely been an issue since NBN changes some time ago, although may come back as bandwidth usage grows. And somewhat surprisingly with its focus ABB has never ranked that highly in the ACCC speed test reports
