Gonna give this one a pass, as mentioned above they are really cutting close on the margins hence why they've bumped the prices of plans up recently. A lot of people have also jumped ship because of this. Unlike a decade ago the telco industry nowadays is getting too competitive also with the NBN Co breathing down their necks its hard to make any serious profits.They bumped prices up only on new customers. Existing customers are unaffected, so there shouldn't be a reason why they should 'Jump Ship' being a customer, I can confirm. Also, all NBN co's have simular overhead costs because they all are renting the infrastructure from NBN co, so if they haven't raised prices yet, the other NBN providers will in due time.
