From a technical perspective, ABB is a great company.
In my business, I need fast internet with minimal downtime and have dual NBN HFC connections. I've used many of the competitors and they just don't stack up in terms of speed and reliability.
Their tech support is great as well, and having used tech support from iiNet and others in the past, I can only say how much better ABB is.
In my opinion, as a techie they are pretty well number one of all the ISP's I have used (and that's quite a bunch).
If that technical expertise can translate into profitability, then they may be onto something. Time will tell.
