Look, it really is difficult to predict weather in the short/medium term. Cut them some slack.
But what’s just loopy is that even with billion dollar computer systems they can’t predict the short/medium term and yet so many people believe their modelling of the climate in 50 years. People really need to make an effort to understand the limitations of computer modelling. These things do not predict the future. Never have, never will.
