I work in power distribution and we keep a close eye on the BOM and I can agree , their forecasts are mostly woeful. New thing is to stick “chance of a thunderstorm “ on every forecast which includes a cloud. They don’t seem to care about being wrong though as they never update or change a forecast no matter what is actually happening outside.
