Ausheds, agree with a lot of what you posted, wouldn't say CE is an Achilles heel given their plan was to separate it out and basically discard it as the first step it it would seem as far as Duncan is concerned there is a well thought through plan for how to mitigate unnessecary production of something which would then trigger oversupply. If CE spot price we t up maybe they would have some optionality to process it.
