Lei, if China is really cutting down production for environmental reasons and they loose the WTO case the impact on global pricing (including in China) should be 0 - I.e. rest of the world should drop because no tax/duty, but China prices should go up because in theory China will then be forced down a route to cap total China supply rather than just reducing exports with no controls on total in china supply. Will definitely be an interesting game to watch unfold for sure.
