Like I said, they generally target the unsavoury countries where they can leverage the added bonus of supportive votes at the UN.
Did u look at the countries that they supplied armament and surveillance equipment/software too?
The recent Singapore Airshow wasn’t just about aircraft’s but military hardware and software etc. It appears that Singapore had bought surveillance gear and Software to monitor the 14% Muslim population!
