I will put my two cents in.
I believe PB has done his job and steered SRN in the right direction something I don't think Vlad could have done.
Now we have a resource do we really need PB anymore probably not so IMO SRN needs the skill set of Jan to secure financial assistance and to negotiate a JV etc.
Vlad is up to his eyeballs in SRN owning 1/6 of the company with a personal debt of around 3M
He will want SRN to succeed so if I was him I would dump PB and run with Jan to progress SRN further again highlighting we have a resources so why hold onto a geologist at this stage.
Not long to wait now to our first MOU is up so hopefully news not to far away.
