Yep, good advice.

No doubt others will have a different view, but the way I see it is that the terms of the JV have been evolving since day one of the MOU.

This process is likely to continue until both parties are in agreement to the terms of the JV. Hopefully, that can be achieved in the six month window. If not, an extension of the MOU may be necessary.

When the terms are finally nutted out, and both parties are satisfied with those terms, then a signed JV will complete the process.

Ppl need to appreciate the fact that there’s likely to be significant correspondence between the three parties. Also, there will be consultation with other parties which all takes time, but that is par of the course.
