A positive outcome for the MOU means that all parties have nutted out and agreed to the terms of a JV.
The fact that we have two MOUs in place would add extra complexity to any binding agreements, so the fact that we’re nearing five months into the MOUs, to me, is a positive.
The 2030 clock for the Saudis is ticking, and IMHO, if they weren’t interested in a long term deal with SRN then they would have moved on and possibly secured a deal with someone else ASAP.
To waste precious time doesn’t make sense, but yes, it’s anxious times for us holders.
