Good stuff, it does clear up... sounds like we might all be talking about the same thing. or we might not be...tbedon did say they are wondering if the deals are linked, which if they are and India must announce first or provide further info then the company maybe is not able to announce local items under reasons listed in the 3.1 rulings exceptions.
Either way, good on you for clarifying, I appreciate it. I also learned something in internet speak (had to look up OP) so thanks for that as well.
