$2000 profit from 2x o.5c pips requires 200,000 shares.
So you use a ~$200,000 weekly trade?
(Or ~$100,000 if you actually meant 1c pips.)
That’s also a lot of exposure. Never been caught holding the bag? (which is what I usually end of doing when I try what you’ve suggested).
