a) HC has no bearing on SP
b) There is significant supply coming online which some analysts have lead the market to believe cannot be immediately absorbed.
c) Momentum. It takes a while to turn around, doesn't matter in which direction.
Nothing a 5B or two won't fix, up's and downs are all part of the adventure.
