    This broker report was produced (4th May) before the $12m manufacturing grant ann (10th May) to help fund the mega-line!!
    The $12m would significantly change the expected dilution they are forecasting.
    The funding provides additional runway, which likely allows CBR to raise at higher levels after other OEM programs are announced.
