I agree Sachz its very good news for BRT, but lets not get too carried away just yet :-)
BRT need this mezz finance deal to go through
If they dont get it, then the good thing is they have other options.
Given the MFC payment is due by mid November, i would imagine if we dont hear about the mezz deal in say the next 2 weeks then its off and they are exploring other opportunities.
Either way, they are looking well placed, and as i said yesterday, it doesnt sound like the company is worried/struggling.
The mezz finance deal IMO is worth at least 5c to the share price, so lets hope the DD is reaching a positive conclusion.
