There was definitely further talk of interest rate hikes sooner than expected after the better than expected retail sales figures came out. I suppose that's what drove up the AUD
AUD now at a fresh new high of 88.48
Just like to add that the CER/CNP ann that just came out has more relevance to CNP than CER. Although Centro NP is a subsidiary of SuperLLC, the senior notes need to be repaid by CNP. It does not appear in the CER debt schedule in the supplemental report.
