Geez, Stan, I jolly well hope that Volt started chasing that $40m at least 10 months ago? I hope that they have got big investors locked and loaded ready to go when the licences are granted! Time will tell, but if they haven't? What the hell have they been doing for the last 10 months instead of getting investor interest in their forthcoming prospectus???
