Thanks for your thoughts guys. In the end I did become a shareholder - bought a token parcel to get access to the SPP - then loaded up through that.
Figured that the step up in earnings from Chile over the next year was too good an opportunity to miss. Fingers crossed that they can deliver on the wind projects this year - PHY's pipeline has seen a lot of slippage...
