FFFFFear ..... I guess we've all felt a touch of it in owning stocks during a bust - but at least you have tools to stop yourself out.
Looking into the maw of a property decline - a big ol dark hole that you can't see the bottom of - with alot of debt and alot of leverage (2 diff things), on an asset as illiquid as 'bricks and mortar' ......man it must be terrifying.

I guess it's jolting awake a few in their wealthy dream cocoons and they're thinking - wow, I could actually be financially ruined here - for life.
