Yes property prices are still booming here in Perth, here in City Beach it is stupid the prices some people are paying
BUT
Perth was also about 18 months behind the east in taking off.
and yes people buying from the east is one reason the prices are being held up but how long do you think this will continue as the eastern states property prices fall and become more affordable.????
