how can there even be "a fall accross the market" if there isn't a market as one unit ?

(you are denouncing your own concept one sentence after you've established it?)

UT...you might've thought that you could get away with this "conceiled property spruik" but it has to be explained, to the wider public, properly.

what you (and other pollyanas) are suggesting is that just 'cose SOME RE investors will be losing their pants on their investments that doesn't mean that ALL will !! ! !

that concept, i think, is 'a given' in all asset classes and most riskiest of 'plays'...

...there is always some 'lucky duck' that pressed the wrong button and got stuck with, what at the time seemed like a rediculous purchase but then, all of a sudden...turns out to be the only winner in a huge downfall...

in other words, what you and other RE agents and their dependents are trying to do is: make US focus on 'the only positive part of the news' which is "it will stagnate NOT FALL !" (which btw is not true...it WILL fall)

'play' moderate investor or extreme bull...it is not possible to hide it any more!

    it is going down ! ! !

p.s. whatever happend to 'property never falls' crew (that isn't posting any more) ?
