by NOT mentioning FALLS,DROPS,LOSSES or REVERSALS of prices, real estate crowd is attempting NOT to spook the gullibles who still didn't figure out the CRASH at hand (around the corner) !!!
even when using the word as STAGNATION most forget to tell the newbies that through inflation you lose value...add diff between rent and interest to that ... and it becomes a significant amount!
but we don't want people to think about that, do we ? otherwise very few will buy (as they already don't)...
and another thing, CRASH won't happen because i said so but it will happen !
and even your 'chepeast of the cheap' properies in Adelaide's sticks WILL lose value (no matter of the 'fragment' they belong to)
