    I accept it's a good graph. Its in the context of the Japan real estate market not australia. Has the prices in australia gone up to 1 million dollars per square meter, I don't think so, then how can you compare it with Japan?


    i will accept the increased interest rates and depriciation on my all my properties.

    I will also accept the increase in rental income, the capital gains and my favourite negative gearings benefits.
