Also agree that property will take a breather. Particularly in Sydney. Some quality properties that would have sold 5 times over for the past 2 years are being passed in and sitting on the market with a price on them that is not unreasonable. Buyers have seen the top and don't want to be the one sitting at a dinner party saying that they have just bought. "oh, really, you bought a the top of the market did you..."

Most people I am behind at the supermarket, petrol station,restaurants, maccas. art galleries etc etc are saying CREDIT when asked which account the card they are paying with.
