Although this happened in the past it definatley wasnt common. Peple bought their own house in their early twenties, moved and and started a family. Now they stay at home longer, save a depost, perhaps rent it out etc-they have found ways to adapt to higher prices. This is what the bears dont get-people have adapted to higher prices, they havent said no.
