Warnie... thanks so much for the reply, that's awesome, lots to be learned from that...will print it off and go over it tonight...been dabbling in shares for the last year and trust me have had the losses! was a bad time to enter! and then a certain float did me over also...long story...
for property, you mentioned to look at land content first..so you prefer homes over units? with sydney as it is i'd need to look interstate or out west for land/homes as inner city is out of my league...it all makes great sense though..
it's like i'm at stage one, and a little confused how to build things from here, which step to take next... but am so keen to get there!
