prices are set at the margin, you don't need the majority to sell their homes lordy...but I tend to agree with you, what is the trigger for lower property prices here...the US had sub prime, I am not sure what tipped the market over in the UK? There has been some speculation the Eastern states are close to recession but I haven't seen any evidence of it yet.
I can just see Australian property stagnating rather than severely correcting.
