when I recover from the last stressful 6 months, I might go out on a buying spree and get a couple of those inner city props on the market at ridiculous prices.........that is if I can get a reasonable loan rate............to cover some renovations and funding...........hmmm You Buy When Everyone ELSE is Selling
oh and interesting read in afr today............ES exchange settlements, funds held by the RBA, source of funds used by the banks for short term liquidity, has dropped from 6.9 BILLION in Dec 07 to 1.5 billion...........meaning the banks are no longer as concerned with credit/lending.............thats a whopping drop of 5.4 Billion........
