I have been dating some real losers. I can't think of the number of times I have dated a woman who has NFI about property.
I agree with Longdong, everybody thinks they have got to have property because everybody has made money.
So they go in with no deposit thinking the property is going to go up.
Next thing you know the price is going down and interest rates going up.
Doesn't take em long to work out that they are better off renting again, so the sell up.
I met a woman on Sunday who had bought in 2005 and was losing money and before that I met a woman who had sold up and was back renting.
People who think you should be buying property have NFI.
