The NSW Labour government is to blame for the current housing affordibility crisis. Their reluctance to release land for development, due to their inability to provide the appropriate infrastructure has driven land costs thru the roof. This has flowed onto existing homes and eventually to the other states.
But watch the Liberal Party cop the blame due to a 2% move in interest rates
