The bottom line is the labor gov't has knocked the confidence out of the aussie economy with its continuous tinkering of the legislation. It may please some people who look for social equity but it affects confidence of those who invest the $$ and they will look for better conditions elsewhere! Ferguson said it the booms over and he's the minister in charge, he informs Gillard, Swan et al. It's a bit rich for them to contradict him.
