Shares booming property falling could not get better
Not so sure about that. I am more involved in overseas markets than OZ.
Put it simply: looking at my charts & macro (US & Germany) - i would have taken profits on stocks, buying selected bonds, and remain neutral on property markets.
You just have to take my word for it. Oh, and shorting the AUD.
