I believe that the SP will be a lot higher by the time the Options are duet o be exercised, and if not taken up in full by the holders, will be underwritten for the shortfall.
Even if for some reason the SP is still at these levels in November, I'm sure there are quite a few buyers out there who would be happy to take up any shortfall to get a stake in TLG without having to buy on market causing the SP to run.
