I say sooner than expected, but I made this prediction last report here: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/accc-nbn-market-metrics-boding-well-for-aussie-broadband.6898235/. Aussie is also continuing the trend of gaining a much larger percentage of higher speed plans (250mbps and above) compared to other ISP's, so we're still attracting a lot of power users at a faster rate than any other ISP which again, for the same reasons previously discussed, is really good news for Aussie broadband as those power users are the one's with the most influence in terms of word-of-mouth marketing.
