Correct, I've extrapolated with a high degree of confidence. The big players have been losing market share for the last few quarters. It can be seen at a glance in the following graph taken from this page: https://www.accc.gov.au/regulated-infrastructure/telecommunications-and-internet/national-broadband-network-nbn-access-regulation/nbn-wholesale-market-indicators-report/september-quarter-2022-report
The "Other" ISP's, which includes Aussie Broadband, has seen accelerating growth - or at least strong linear growth. NBN isn't really growing anymore, but the good news is it's not shrinking. So the customers leaving the big incumbent ISP's are moving to the smaller RSP's, as opposed to cancelling their NBN connections all together. I highly doubt this trend will see a reversal over one quarter, so it's reasonably safe to assume Aussie would have now overtaken Vocus.
