    So a while ago the ADF said they were investigating the SAS but wouldn't tell us why. Now we find out that the SAS removed the hands from a dead insurgent to take back to base for fingerprinting. A requirement as they didn't have a biometric kit that stores this data with them. And the problem with this is? The filthy insurgent certainly didn't complain. But more seriously, it's not a nice thing to have to do or be done but when your perched on the side of a mountain, probably being shot at, what choice did the soldiers have? Dragging the body kilometers back to base possibly would have put their lives at risk. War, in any form is ugly, some things may be best left unreported I guess. I support our finest in this one and understand if others have a different point of view.
