Ten quick-thinking Queensland hospital workers will isolate for the next two weeks after they saved the life of a patient battling coronavirus. Staff from Sunshine Coast University Hospital jumped to save the patient, after they went into anaphylactic shock due to a contrast dye used before his MRI scan.
The group of 10 did not have time to put on any personal protective equipment and have since been named casual contacts due to their interaction with the patient.
