    Now that's a novel idea - exporting to generate income. So why does everyone seem to want a higher dollar - they call it a "stronger" dollar as if to suggest it's a good thing. We need a lower ("weaker") dollar to enhance exports - RBA policy of increasing interest rates is a disaster to our life blood - the exporters. Imports create debt, exports pay off the debt. Higher dollar, more debt, lower dollar more earnings.

    Stop calling 90 cents a strong dollar - it's bad for us - IMO we should sit around .75 - above that an it hurts our economy
