Not only will Coldry & Matmor provide global opportunities for ECT, but the adoption of these technologies will allow the ability for NLC and NMDC to expand their own operations and markets locally and globally.

It shouldn't be forgotten that NLC & NMDC need ECT as much as we need them!! The intangible assets we bring to the table are significant to Modi's "Make In India" policy.

My fear has always been that our two intangible assets will be transferred out to ECT India which will only allow ECT Aus a 1/3 interest. The ability for us to maintain 100% ownership of these two technologies will allow us to generate royalty/license fees, potentially from ECT India, as well as increase the value of these intangible assets through a global commercialisation roll out plan. ECT Australia maximisation of value!!

We now await the release of the TPA details as well as media coverage and photos of the Signing Ceremony!! What will follow will be something truly worth waiting for to unfold!
