why would any company, in this current economic climate pay such a premium for this stock????
1. EOS as st at Dec 07 only has enough cash to last a year
2. net loss last year of over 20 mill - so not even close to producing a profit.
3. i also doubt very much that finance would be granted to the said 'takeover' company given the asset they would be acquiring
