i heard a summary by a prominet anz economist today who is of the understanding that the worst is behind, interest rates will bottom in the next few months, time to lock in for a long time as they will incline second half of year. WA will keep unempoylment under 4.5 % whilst Aust will be around 7%. Unfortunatley ASX will remain around 3500 for next med term time frame ( 2 years) and AUDUSD will go as low as .50.

Put all the facts aside it is about time people realise that the sentiment is changing. Time to have a positive outlock.
