@JACK; it apparently escaped your attention that at Rank 19 South Africa is streets ahead of Australia for Global Rankings for Gender under our despotic, misogynist Coalition Government.

It's interesting to ponder why hard core Australian reactionaries are seeking to fast track people from a country whose Global Gender data is actually superior to that of the Coalition's despotic, misogynistic regime in Australia.

As for causal factors, it's my view that the role of Murdoch Mouthpieces in denigrating and subjugating women is gaining increasing public attention and that people are becoming increasingly cranky about the disgusting manner in which it has exploited and abused media self-regulation:
