they will buy after close on the 17th or on the followin monday - will be forced index buying + passive index buying - "significant upside exposure" I think is what the borkers are saying.
I agree with the earlier double dip example of the currency effect - once our $ gets back to 72 or less is going to be huge upside on this one (IMHO)
