I vary rarely post on this site unless something needs to be said. I doubt that you will see a movement into the 20's that will be sustained. Yesterdays' increase was done by me to confirm a point. I took the opportunity to increase the price on little turnover to see what would happen, Sure enough within the hour new sellers appeared at a lower price in an attempt to push the price down. The same thing occured the week before when the share price was substantially higher.

Why does there appear to be an effort to supress the share price. I believe you will get the answer to this question very shortly and then you may understand what is going on with this company and do something about it.
