Would you use your contacts to answer a couple of general questions relating to the B-1 exercise?
- considering the down-time caused by the faulty bop why can't a replacement be considered,
- which party is actually trying to repair the current bop,
is it transocean,COP or contractors,
- which party is carrying the cost of these repairs which must be quite significant besides the opportunity cost lost.
