You do realise we're in a new age from the old HR days don't you? A lot has changed in 60 years. There are many new businesses coming up with technology responses to old problems and the product is, from what I've seen, of a better than average quality at least, some truly excellent too.
All these really need are the right policy settings to provide the education and supports to get going. This sort of thing should form the backbone of any stimulus package to get the economy humming - and great if they list as well hey.
